These Terms govern your use of the Brace AI app and this website, provided by Brace AI Labs. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Using the service

You must be able to form a binding contract to use Brace AI. You agree to use the service for lawful purposes and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it.

Brace AI provides general fitness guidance and is not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting any training program. You are responsible for training safely and within your own limits.

Subscriptions

Brace AI does not currently offer a public subscription. If paid features launch, pricing, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms will be shown before purchase and may also be governed by the relevant app store.

AI coaching

AI coaching features can suggest workouts, progression, substitutions, and training explanations. You are responsible for deciding whether a suggestion is appropriate for your body, equipment, environment, and experience level.

Content and accounts

You retain ownership of the training data you create. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
